I have a neighbor showing up as an IP address instead of a callsign.  I don't know who/what this could be.  Could this just be someone nearby running a private wifi network?

Possibly causes I can think of off hand

1) With the low LQ name packets are just being missed.

2) could be running an older version of BBHN.

3) the user could be experimenting with non standard options.

4) I've seen one issue (only in a beta builds but never in production) that's being looked into that could potentially exist where every so often it doesn't resolve...  But this hasn't been a constant.  Exact cause hasn't been discovered yet.

It's been there for at least a week, so I don't think it's a random thing.  Sometimes it's 100%, sometimes it's in the previous neighbor section.  I live near a school and I sometimes wonder what they might be running over there.

No biggie, just thought I'd throw it out here so see if it was a known/common thing.

Thanks,
