I am starting a HSMM MESH group in Albuquerque, and our concerns are the need for encryption, since it is obvious in this application it is allowed under part 97, and necessary to keep the riff-raff out. One thing we will do is to change the crystal on all Nodes, this will help negate outsider access to the Ham mesh, but really would like the encrypt option.
