I'm looking at picking up a new Bullet M2.  I'm wondering if these can be programmed to work down into the ham band.  2.407 Ghz, 2.402 GHz, 2.397 GHz.

Has anyone done this successfully?

PS.  I'm aware of the new v5.6xx firmware warning... I'll be careful of that.

Thanks for the quick reply!! OK.. So if I can't do it with the BBHN firmware, will it be possible to take part in our local mesh if they use a frequency is 2.402 Ghz?

email sent.

But, to answer part of you question, YES.  You can use DTD (device-to-device) linking to bridge between BBHN's channel 1 and other channels, like the ham only channel "-2" (2397Mhz), or 3400Mhz, or, 5900Mhz, etc.

It works very well.
