Why do some nodes appear as "Remote Nodes" while others are shown under "Current Neighbors?)  This morning another ham and I were working on some irc issues and his two nodes were showing under "Remote Nodes" and one of mine was showing under "Current Neighbors.)  

Checking just now revealed that they are all showing under "Current Neihbors."  I'm curious to know why that happends.
