Node 2 works 100% via direct ext calling however when I attempt to call out it will dial and ring the number however their is no audio.  Node 1 which is connected to the computer the SIP Server is using works 100% with in/out bound calls.  I'm thinking I have a port forwarding setting incorrect somewhere but not 100% sure.

Problem has been solved. For anyone with the same issue make sure you add the LAN IP address into Asterisk SIP Settings. This will allow the audio to pass through the network.
