How do I advertise a "service" on one node and have it known by other nodes.

I have installed hamchat.pl on my node2 router. I can access the hamchat at http://n8emr-mesh2:8080/cgi-bin/hamchat.pl. I tried to advertise the service on the Port Forwarding,
DHCP, and Services page. I set the  name, click the check box, set the link URL and path

name=hamchat 

checkbox checked.

link http

URL n8emr-mesh2 : 8080/ cgi-bin/hamcat.pl 

then click add.  If leave the page and come back I dont see the service listed and I not see anyplace on my node1 where its listed.

After you click the ADD button you need to click the SAVE button on the upper left. It will then tell you the configuration is saved. Dave

Well, that worked. I thought I had hit saved, but looks like that save takes a little bit of time before it comes back. Got it working now thanks.

Yea it takes a little bit before it saves the configuration. Once you get the response you are good to go. Dave
