Just wondering if anyone anywhere has approached their regional frequency coordinator about the  2.4 GHz bandplan.

I realize this is a gentlemans agreement, and I am guessing most states default to the 1991 ARRL bandplan

From: http://www.arrl.org/band-plan-1

2400.0-2403.0 Satellite
2403.0-2408.0 Satellite high-rate data
2408.0-2410.0 Satellite
2410.0-2413.0 FM repeaters (25 kHz) output
2413.0-2418.0 High-rate data
2418.0-2430.0 Fast-scan TV
2430.0-2433.0 Satellite
2433.0-2438.0 Satellite high-rate data
2438.0-2450.0 WB FM, FSTV, FMTV, SS experimental

Also wondering has anyone stumbled into any other ham activity on the band?

I've been thinking about bringing the topic up with my states frequency coordinator.

SO NV is a mish mash. (and soon, a Mesh! HIHI)

we have no FM voice, D-star, and very little satellite activity. mostly FM video, part 15, and some outlaw high power WISP commercial stuff.

Seems to me that 2413.0-2418.0 High-rate data and 2438.0-2450.0 WB FM, FSTV, FMTV, SS experimental ^^^^^^^^^^^^ are the best for our use, and less likely to interfere.
