I have been trying to load the .bin file from BBHN site into my new bullet and keep getting an error. I can get to AirOS, select administration page select to upgrade and select the file up upload to the bullet but with 5 to 10 seconds I get a failure notice. Does anyone have any ideas what is happening? I will get screen shots when I get back home Friday evening. Thank you for your efforts. Bill

Two items come to mind.

One:

is this a BulletM2HP or an earlier model?  The prior models do not have enough memory to load BBHN and are not supported.

Two:

Are you using the bullet "factory" .bin file or the "sysupgrade" .bin file?  For a new Bullet with AirOS on it you need the "factory" .bin file. The "sysupgrade" is for devices that have been previously flashed.

This is a Bullet M2HP unit purchased in the last 4 weeks. I am using the "factory" bin file.

See:

Most common error I've seen is using the config import box instead of the firmware import box.  The error text would go a long way rather than everyone guessing.
